Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Hand full Mixed Berries You can use frozen berries
- 1 Cup Nut Milk
- 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Throw all of this into your blender and whiz up until it's smooth. Pour it into your favorite glass and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
You can experiment with the nut milk to find your preferred flavor.
I usually use ½ a cup of coconut milk & ½ a cup of almond milk
...or whichever is in the fridge!
Alternatively, you can use ½ a cup of natural yogurt and ½ a cup of water.
